Shipment & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Product

Rebs is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. All services are digital and accessed via the web.

2. Access After Purchase

Upon payment confirmation, users receive account credentials via email or are granted access through an admin onboarding process. No physical product is shipped.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Access to purchased services is typically granted within 24–48 hours after successful payment and verification.

4. Support During Setup

Rebs offers remote support via chat, email, and phone to guide clients through onboarding and usage.

5. No Shipping Costs

There are no physical shipping charges as all services are delivered digitally.

6. Refunds & Cancellation

All digital subscriptions are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refunds are not typically offered once access is granted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Account Activation and Delays

In rare cases where activation may be delayed due to technical issues, users will be notified and updated on the progress.
